Microsoft Office 2007 User Specialist Training Manual for Navica AMS
To assist Steamline AMS users, SEI is developing a practical MOUS training manual for use with the Streamline Campaign Module. SEI will also deliver CSV formated data to the PC desktop along with downloadable Microsoft Office® application templates along and step-by-step training exercises.
SEI will include "how to" office automation and collaborative exercises for updating MS Outlook® contacts, MS Word® Form Letters and Labels, Adhoc MS Excel® spreadsheets, and Adhoc MS Access® Query and Report Building.
Microsoft Office Access®
Systems Engineering delivers targeted Association and MLS data to your PC desktop for use by Microsoft Office Access® Software. Navica users can import or link to standard Comma Separted Value (CSV) formated files that can be used for tasks like custom reports or mailing labels.
Microsoft Office Outlook®
Streamline AMS users have the ability to export contacts that can be imported into Outlook®. Users can export contacts as well as natural and user defined campaign groups like affiliates, committees, or Designated REALTORS®.
Microsoft Office Excel®
Navica users can analyze and manipulate exported CSV data using Microsoft's award winning spreadsheet tool.
Microsoft Office Word®
For decades REALTOR® association members have been using Microsoft Office Word® for printing business letters or mail merge communications. Navica delivers targeted merge files in standard CSV format for mail campaigns.
QuickBooks® Financial Software
Navica exports association and MLS management financials to QuickBooks® Software (Refer to Financial Options). QuickBooks® Software integrates with Microsoft Office® Software for financial electronic mail, reporting, and word processing.
